Beach Residence

Beach Residence was envisioned as a contemporary three-bedroom retreat that embraces the tranquillity of its tropical coastal setting. Designed with clean geometric forms, generous openings and extended roof planes, the home creates bright, naturally ventilated interiors while maintaining a constant visual connection with the surrounding landscape.

The architectural language focuses on simplicity, openness and climate responsiveness. Large windows, shaded outdoor spaces and carefully positioned living areas allow the house to capture natural light and prevailing breezes, creating comfortable interiors suited to everyday life near the coast.

As the project was located in another state, the construction was executed entirely through collaboration with local contractors and vendors. Detailed architectural drawings, careful planning and continuous communication ensured that every aspect of the design was faithfully translated during construction despite the distance.

Through disciplined coordination and close attention to detail, the residence was completed successfully while preserving the intended architectural quality. Today the home stands as a calm and welcoming beach retreat that reflects the simplicity, comfort and relaxed lifestyle envisioned at the beginning of the project.
