This three-bedroom apartment was designed for a well-known local dentist who envisioned a modern, state-of-the-art home that reflected contemporary living. At the time of its design in 2013, the brief focused on creating interiors that felt progressive, refined, and distinctly modern while remaining comfortable for everyday family life.

The design language is defined by clean architectural lines, carefully selected contemporary materials, and thoughtfully planned spaces that maximise openness and functionality. Every room was designed to achieve a balance between visual simplicity and practical living, resulting in interiors that feel elegant without being excessive.
