Mall Restroom Renovation

The renovation of the gents' and ladies' restrooms focused on transforming an existing facility that previously lacked adequate ventilation. The design sought to improve air circulation, spatial clarity, and material quality while creating a refined and contemporary interior environment.

One of the primary challenges was the absence of natural ventilation within the enclosed layout. This was resolved through a carefully planned mechanical ventilation system, where fresh air enters through ventilated door inlets while stale air is extracted through concealed ceiling ducts. The ductwork is seamlessly integrated behind an aluminium baffle ceiling, ensuring continuous airflow without compromising the clean architectural expression.

A durable and low-maintenance material palette was selected to withstand heavy public use while maintaining a sophisticated appearance. The completed renovation delivers a comfortable, hygienic, and well-ventilated restroom environment, demonstrating how thoughtful interior design can significantly enhance the functionality and user experience of an existing commercial facility.
